**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1 hour and 30 minute lunch break
**Level:** Professional
**Employment Type:** Full-time – CLT
* Organize and catalog physical and digital documents and archives.
* Maintain archive integrity and confidentiality.
* Develop and implement efficient archiving systems.
* Digitize documents for preservation and easy access.
* Assist in retrieving information requested by other departments.
* Perform appraisal and disposal of obsolete documents, per established policies.
* Collaborate in formulating document management policies.
* Train and guide staff on best archival practices.
* Participate in continuous improvement projects related to document management.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Archival Science.
* Knowledge of document and records management.
* Skills in organizing and cataloging information.
* Proficiency in document management tools and archiving software.
* Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
* Proactivity and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of data protection legislation and information accessibility.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in document digitization.
* Familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
* Certifications in archival science or information management.
