From infinitely recyclable aluminum cans and cups to aerosol bottles, our goal is to contribute to a better community, society, and world.** **Key Responsibilities**: * Perform scheduled quality inspections of the manufacturing process using computerized systems to ensure product and process parameters remain within specifications. * Monitor and ensure compliance with inspection routines across all manufacturing processes using computerized systems and coordination with other technicians, aiming to fulfill the inspection/process plan defined by Corporate Quality. * Assist all manufacturing and inspection process technicians in identifying root causes and resolving product quality deviations to restore control over product and process parameters, and evaluate the relevance and effectiveness of corrective actions taken. * Properly segregate and identify pallets with manufacturing defects and metal/raw materials by affixing “HFI” (Hold for Inspection) labels to prevent unintentional shipment to customers. * Disseminate relevant process and product control information via face-to-face communication, phone, or e\-mail to keep all stakeholders updated. * Monitor SKU production sequencing via computerized system (MES), aiming to inform and alert production technicians of any changes to the production schedule as early as possible. **What We Are Looking For**: **Required:** * Completed or currently pursuing a technical course in Chemistry, Mechanical, Electronics, Electromechanical, or Mechatronics; or undergraduate degree in Engineering or Administration. **Preferred:** * Knowledge of Minitab * Knowledge of quality tools * Intermediate Office Suite proficiency * Experience in production lines. **Additional Information:** * **Work Location:** Brasília/DF * **Work Model:** On-site * **Working Hours: 3x3 Shift** (7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM) **Ball Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
