Focus on organization and communication with candidates and managers **POSITION:** HR Assistant **WORK SCHEDULE:** 44 hours/week *(Monday to Thursday: 8 AM–6 PM; Friday: 8 AM–5 PM)* **SALARY:** R$1\.639,09 **BENEFITS:** Meal Allowance R$30.00/day \+ Transportation Voucher \+ Health Insurance with co-payment (after 6 months) \+ Birthday Day Off (after 1 year of employment) \+ University tuition discounts **TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed High School education **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Experience in HR. * Intermediate Excel skills **BEHAVIORAL REQUIREMENTS:** * Clear, concise, and assertive written and verbal communication; * Teamwork; * Strong interpersonal skills; * Commitment, initiative, and dynamism; * Attention to detail; * Discretion and ethics; * Impartiality; * Agility and flexibility, working efficiently; * Organizational and planning skills; * Ability to remain calm and productive under high-pressure situations; * Proactivity and persistence. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * In-person front-desk HR service and telephone support for internal stakeholders (employees and managers) and external parties; * Screen resumes according to the Job Description and the profile requested by the department manager; * Schedule selection processes with candidates and respective managers; * Receive and verify documents required for new employee hiring, guiding proper completion of related forms; * Issue Admission Medical Exams (ASO) for new employees, send the Admission Document List, and guide them through the document submission process; * Contact candidates via telephone, email, and WhatsApp; * Inform candidates of their application status (approved, approved for talent pool, or rejected) via phone call, WhatsApp, and email, updating corresponding spreadsheets accordingly; * Contact approved candidates to inform them about their start date, time, and admission-related information; * Support registration of new employees in the designated spreadsheet, collect and organize required documentation, and forward relevant documents to the HR Department for system enrollment; * Update the Excel spreadsheet with outcomes of selection processes; * Clarify candidate inquiries via WhatsApp regarding interest in HOME’s selection processes; * Perform other HR-related duties as required by HOME.
