Join our team and together let’s build an environment increasingly capable of offering society the best infrastructure and the highest quality education. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, organize, and monitor extracurricular extension and social responsibility activities. * Support coordinators, faculty, and students in executing and recording extension activities. * Align extension activities with Course Pedagogical Projects and institutional guidelines. * Monitor projects, indicators, and reports in this area. * Establish and monitor partnerships with external communities. * Support institutional promotion of extension and social responsibility activities. * Contribute to institutional evaluation processes and regulatory requirements. **Selection Process Stages:** * Curriculum analysis; * Test; * Competency-based interview with the department manager and HR. All stages of the selection process are both eliminatory and classificatory. This means only candidates approved in the previous stage will be invited to the next stage. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, or related fields. **Desirable:** * Solid experience in the commercial area (sales of services or courses) and event organization. * Basic knowledge of cost/financial analysis and proficiency with tools. **Skills:** * Interpersonal communication (interaction across different departments); * Problem-solving profile and strategic business vision. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** The primary communication channel will be the Empregare platform.
