Monitoring of Salesforce updates and new features. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Develop and evolve solutions on the Salesforce platform, including customizations, automations, and integrations with internal and external systems. * Configure and administer platform components such as objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and automated processes. * Develop functionalities using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components. * Plan and implement integrations via APIs (REST/SOAP), as well as expose standard or custom APIs for third-party consumption. * Manage access profiles, permissions, security groups, and user controls. * Perform unit and integration testing to ensure delivery quality, performance, and stability. * Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and development standards. * Provide technical support and guidance to end users regarding implemented solutions. * Monitor Salesforce platform updates and new features, evaluating their applicability to business processes. **Requirements:** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Solid experience with the Salesforce platform, including administration, configuration, and customization of objects, fields, profiles, permissions, automations, and workflows; * Advanced knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components; * Experience developing, debugging, versioning, and resolving code conflicts (Apex Classes and Test Classes); * Proficiency with automation tools such as Flow Builder, approval processes, validation rules, assignment rules, and duplicate rules; * Experience with integrations, both consuming and exposing APIs; * Knowledge of key platform features such as emails, page layouts, Lightning apps, reports, and dashboards; * Familiarity with platform events and Big Objects; * Consistent application of programming best practices and design patterns. **Desirable:** * Technical English; * Salesforce Administrator certification; * Salesforce Platform Developer I certification. **Benefits:** Childcare allowance, Health insurance, Dental insurance, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Food voucher, Transportation voucher
