Job Summary:
Responsible for performing storage tasks at the Distribution Center (DC), observing safety regulations and usage conditions, aiming to maintain focus on service quality throughout the supply chain.

Responsibilities and Duties
Responsible for performing storage tasks at the DC, observing safety regulations and usage conditions according to each product’s characteristics and established technical standards, aiming to maintain focus on delivering high-quality services across all stages of Celistics’ clients’ supply chains, adding value.
RECEIVING \- Physical verification of incoming shipments and/or returned items against purchase orders and invoices.
Grouping one or more products onto specific pallets for handling.
Logistical addressing, status registration, printing of storage labels, and dispatching required documents for internal procedures.
INVENTORY \- Organizing the client's physical inventory with proper records and updated controls, facilitating identification, location, and handling; including stock position verification, material volume assessment, space requirement calculations, and material receipt control.
SHIPPING \- Physical, quantitative, and documentary verification of materials scheduled for distribution to authorize loading and vehicle departure, ensuring accurate loaded quantities, adherence to delivery deadlines and agreed terms.
Loading and unloading trucks.
Identifying discrepancies and requesting the picking team to open boxes for material recount, if necessary.
Receiving printed labels and outgoing invoices, ensuring material identification and making the load available to the carrier.
Collecting required driver signatures (counterfoil, delivery note, and/or waybill), recording the shipping date, driver’s name, vehicle license plate, and your own name, then submitting the protocol to the person responsible for issuing outgoing invoices.
REVERSE LOGISTICS \- Upon receiving materials, perform verification against the invoice, sort by model, identify materials, collect data, and record system entry/exit/transfer order or number.
Other tasks related to cyclic and rotating inventories, aiming to compare against recorded data and monitor activities performed by operational assistants, supporting them.
Important \- Maintain good practices of organization, cleanliness, and workplace safety, promoting them among other team members.
Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly during work, keeping it always in good condition and well-maintained.

Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in Logistics.
