Job Summary:
A Human Resources Payroll professional responsible for processing payroll, social charges, and ancillary obligations, while providing support and monitoring regulatory compliance.

**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday until 5:00 PM

**Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT
* Process and verify monthly payroll.
* Perform calculations for hiring, vacations, terminations, leaves of absence, and other labor-related events.
* Calculate and verify social and labor charges (e.g., INSS, FGTS, IRRF, union contributions, among others).
* Ensure accurate submission of ancillary obligations, including eSocial, DCTFWeb, FGTS Digital, and other relevant declarations.
* Verify calculation bases, taxes, and labor provisions.
* Address inconsistencies related to payroll and social charges.
* Provide employee support regarding payroll-related inquiries, benefits, and deductions.
* Support internal and external audits, as well as labor and social security inspections.
* Prepare managerial reports and KPIs related to the Payroll Department.
* Monitor changes in labor, social security, and tax legislation to ensure process compliance.
* Support payroll closing processes.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
* Proven experience in payroll processing and social charge calculation.
* Advanced knowledge of labor, social security, and tax legislation.
* Experience with eSocial, DCTFWeb, FGTS Digital, and other ancillary obligations.
* Practical experience in calculating vacations, terminations, leaves of absence, and benefits.
* Intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
* Experience with payroll systems.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with Senior Sistemas (Rubi) software.
* Experience in medium- or large-sized companies.
* Knowledge of labor and social security auditing.
* Experience with Payroll Department KPIs and managerial reporting.
