Job Summary: A professional to manage and maintain network, connectivity, and firewall environments, performing troubleshooting and supporting infrastructure management. Key Highlights: 1. This position is part of the Concept Flex model, meaning you will work in a hybrid format: three (3) days onsite at one of our offices and two (2) days remotely. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Manage and maintain network, connectivity, and firewall environments; * Work with FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, and ZTNA; * Configure and support VPN, NAT, segmentation, and access policies; * Perform troubleshooting for connectivity and infrastructure incidents; * Manage Cisco switching, VLANs, trunks, uplinks, and LAN connectivity; * Support corporate Wi\-Fi environment management using UniFi; * Support network resources in Microsoft Azure, such as VNets, NSGs, routes, VPN Gateway, peering, and private endpoints; * Support technical integrations related to CTI, telephony, and contact centers; * Monitor events, analyze logs, and maintain technical documentation. **Requirements:** * Experience in infrastructure, corporate networks, and connectivity; * Practical experience with Fortinet, especially FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, and ZTNA; * Knowledge of firewalls, VPN, NAT, VLANs, trunks, routing, and troubleshooting; * Hands-on experience with Cisco switching and corporate Wi\-Fi networks; * Knowledge of Microsoft Azure with focus on network connectivity and security; * Familiarity with CTI, telephony, or contact center environments; * Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and experience operating in critical environments. **Desirable Technical Requirements:** * Certifications from Fortinet, Cisco, or Microsoft Azure; * Experience with ZTNA or Zero Trust architecture; * Experience in high-availability environments; * Knowledge of Azure Firewall, ExpressRoute, Private Link, or advanced Azure connectivity features. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Gym allowance, Childcare allowance, Internal benefits, Profit sharing, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Food voucher, Transportation voucher
