**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

* Support employees by identifying and understanding their technical difficulties and applying necessary corrective measures.
* Install and configure software according to operational requirements.
* Diagnose and resolve software- and hardware-related issues, proactively preventing recurring failures.
* Configure new computers, ensuring installation of essential operating systems and applications whenever required.
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and networks, maintaining full technological system functionality.
* Manage IT equipment inventory, tracking usage, stock levels, and maintenance status.
* Execute periodic backups (daily, weekly, and monthly) of systems and files to ensure data integrity and recoverability.
* Provide technical support for integrated management applications and systems, facilitating efficient use of available tools.
* Implement network security procedures, including access control, device usage restrictions, and password management.
* Monitor and maintain technological devices (telephony, television, printers, network cabling, etc.), ensuring proper operation.
* Maintain, format, and perform preventive maintenance on computers to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
* Control and organize the inventory of IT materials and equipment, ensuring proper conservation and timely replenishment as needed.
* Install and configure technological equipment to meet company requirements.
**Requirements:**
* Completed Technical Education in IT, or ongoing undergraduate degree in Information Technology or related fields.
* Up to 6 months of relevant experience is desirable.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, monitoring systems, and IT tools.
