Works on machinery maintenance, mechanical services, or building maintenance. Performs tasks related to maintenance projects for facilities, appliances, and electrical equipment, guided by layouts, schematics, instructions, and other specific documents; carries out repair and maintenance of electrical systems, minor floor and wall repairs, equipment repairs, responds to building maintenance requests by assessing reported issues and seeking the most efficient and safe solution; develops actions to maintain company facilities in good working condition and safe operating conditions, performs minor repairs, and promotes infrastructure and layout adaptations; manages asset control, maintains records of equipment locations, conducts periodic inventories, and ensures the integrity of facilities and installations.
