**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Schedule:** 44 hours per week.

**Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Key Responsibilities:**
Coordinate clinical nursing and pharmacy activities.
Provide technical support.
Monitor, supervise, and intervene in clinical area routines.
Manage and guide the development of team schedules.
Update and ensure implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Control material flow.
Manage inventory and purchase requests for materials and equipment.
Support management through performance indicators of respective areas.
Collaborate with the Medical Directorate to resolve clinical incidents.
Ensure efficient communication among teams and interfacing departments.
Support risk management and data-driven decision making.
Mediate operational conflicts related to service delivery.
**Requirements:** **Academic Qualifications:**
Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Postgraduate studies in Health Management, Patient Safety and Quality, Human Resource Management, or related fields are desirable
**Professional Experience:**
Prior experience in clinical coordination or leadership roles
Experience in internal medicine or outpatient clinic routines
Experience managing nursing teams.
