Lead teams and ensure goal achievement We are looking for a Field Supervisor to oversee operational activities in the field, ensuring tasks are carried out according to schedule, company quality standards, and safety requirements. This professional will be responsible for leading teams, monitoring grass mowing operations, and ensuring established goals are met. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise team activities in the field; * Ensure adherence to deadlines, goals, and service quality standards; * Assign tasks and guide the team on technical procedures and safety regulations; * Monitor the use of materials, tools, and equipment at the worksite; * Support resolution of operational technical issues; * Maintain team discipline, productivity, and a positive work environment.
