Participate in developing commercial strategies and campaigns **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Develop and implement customer relationship strategies for individuals (PF), legal entities (PJ), and digital channels. * Manage the portfolio of cooperative members, prospect new clients, and expand business. * Provide financial consulting, advising customers and offering solutions in products and services. * Monitor commercial targets and key performance indicators, ensuring profitability, customer retention, and portfolio growth. * Support business and sales teams, acting as a technical reference and strengthening results. * Conduct negotiations, loan renegotiations, and credit recovery efforts to minimize delinquency. * Ensure operational compliance with internal policies, regulations, and applicable legislation. * Promote digitalization of customer relationships through the cooperative's channels and applications. * Participate in developing commercial strategies and campaigns for sustainable growth. **Requirements:** * Mandatory certification: CPA 20 and/or C\-Pro R. * Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Technical Knowledge: * Negotiation of financial products and services; * Cooperative credit legislation; * Customer service and sales techniques; * Financial market; * Credit policy; * Regulations issued by BACEN, CVM, and ANBIMA; * Financial products and services (funding, credit, collections, etc.). **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Gym allowance, Fuel allowance, Daycare allowance, Education allowance, Internal benefits, Profit sharing, Private pension, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Food voucher
