The Legião da Boa Vontade – LBV is hiring an **Administrative Assistant:**
The **Administrative Assistant** is responsible for providing administrative support across different areas of the socioeducational unit, helping maintain internal processes efficiently.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Perform routine tasks such as document control, filing, and information organization;
* Assist in managing schedules, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel;
* Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for meetings and events;
* Support supply management, inventory control, and office material procurement;
* Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth daily operations;
* Assist in organizing internal and external company events.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education; technical or higher education is considered a plus;
* Prior experience in administrative or office-related roles;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software tools;
* Strong verbal and written communication skills;
**Additional Information**
* Workload: **220 hours/month**
* Schedule: **8:00 AM to 5:48 PM (Monday to Friday)**
