Job Summary: Responsible for performing activities at the commercial seed processing unit for sorghum, corn, and soybean, including unloading, drying, grading, treatment, and bagging, ensuring safety and quality. Responsible for performing activities at the commercial seed processing unit for sorghum, corn, and soybean in Planaltina/DF. Key Responsibilities: * Perform unloading, drying, grading, treatment, and bagging activities. * Follow technical safety and quality standards. * Train temporary staff teams across departments and shifts. * Complete quality and safety records. * Participate in process and safety improvement projects. * Conduct periodic safety and quality dialogues. * Operate automatic and manual machinery, including adjustments. * Support leaders during harvest and off-season periods, reporting discrepancies. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields (completed or in progress). * Experience in seed production (soybean, corn, sorghum). * Driver’s license, Category B. * Leadership, teamwork, and commitment. * Availability for shift work and Saturdays. * Computer skills: Microsoft Office, SAP, Power BI. * Proactivity and innovation. Preferred Qualifications: * English language proficiency. * Knowledge of ISO quality standards. * Experience with Lean Manufacturing. * Participation in continuous improvement projects. * Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies.
