Job Summary: Responsible for building maintenance, hospital machines and equipment, preparing material lists, managing inventory, and controlling medical gases. Key Highlights: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hospital facilities 2. Prepare material lists for specific maintenance tasks 3. Manage inventory of materials and control medical gases \- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building facilities, machines, and hospital equipment to ensure full operational functionality of all activities; \- Prepare lists of required materials for specific maintenance tasks; \- Maintain minimum stock of materials for emergency maintenance and manage such inventory; \- Control medical gases, monitor deliveries by suppliers, and ensure timely refilling of cylinders; \- Ensure proper receipt, storage, and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) under one's responsibility; \- Support the department in cross-functional activities with other hospital departments; \- Assist the department supervisor in tasks relevant to the position; \- Safeguard company assets and equipment under one's responsibility; \- Perform tasks in compliance with the organization's Quality System and current Quality Policies.
