Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Quality Analyst to lead strategic initiatives in quality, patient safety, and continuous improvement for hospital ONA accreditation. Key Highlights: 1. Manage institutional risks and conduct internal audits **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Experience Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Full-time – CLT We seek a Senior Quality Analyst with solid experience in hospital accreditation processes, particularly with the National Organization for Accreditation (ONA) methodology. This professional will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives in quality, patient safety, and continuous improvement, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence across healthcare units. **Key Responsibilities** o Lead the implementation, maintenance, and evolution of ONA accreditation processes (Levels 1, 2, and 3\). o Strategically collaborate with management to promote quality and patient safety culture. o Map, review, and optimize clinical and administrative processes, ensuring adherence to accreditation standards. o Manage institutional risks, proposing and monitoring action plans (e.g., 5W2H, root cause analysis). o Define, monitor, and analyze clinical performance, quality, and safety indicators. o Conduct internal audits, ensuring compliance with the Brazilian Accreditation Manual. o Identify non-conformities, opportunities for improvement, and support the implementation of corrective action plans. o Prepare the institution for external audits and certification processes. o Serve as a technical reference for multidisciplinary teams on quality and accreditation topics. **Mandatory Requirements** o Proven senior-level experience in quality management within healthcare institutions (hospitals, clinics, or laboratories). o In-depth knowledge of the ONA methodology and practical experience with accreditation processes (implementation and maintenance). o Proficiency in the current edition of the Brazilian Accreditation Manual and its requirements. o Experience conducting internal audits and managing non-conformities. o Knowledge of risk management and continuous improvement tools. o Experience with quality and patient safety indicators. o Familiarity with hospital and quality management systems (e.g., Tasy, Interact, GLPI or similar). **Desirable Requirements (Differentiators)** o Experience with other certifications/accreditations (e.g., JCI, ISO 9001\). o Experience in organizational transformation projects and safety culture development. o Certifications in quality, auditing, or process management. **Requirements: Education** o Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Nursing, Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields. o Postgraduate degree in Quality, Healthcare Management, or related areas is considered a plus. **Behavioral Competencies** o Strong analytical ability and systemic vision. o Proactive profile with autonomy and ownership mindset. o Excellent communication skills and ability to influence multidisciplinary teams. o Results-oriented with commitment to continuous improvement. o Organized, resilient, and detail-oriented. **Expected Scope of Work (Senior Level)** o Strategic involvement, not merely operational. o Ability to lead institutional quality projects. o Direct influence on senior management decision-making. o Role as a technical reference within the organization. **Note: Please include your salary expectation.** **Benefits:** Medical insurance, Dental insurance, Childcare allowance, Internal benefits, Meal allowance, Transportation allowance
