We provide consulting services, software development, and technical support for companies across various sectors. **Responsibilities:** Assist in managing local equipment inventory. Ability to quickly learn technical information. Experience troubleshooting software and/or hardware issues. Experience providing end-user support. Understanding of clients' technical requirements for requested services. Position located in Brasília / DF. Previous experience as a Support Analyst, Technical Support Assistant, Customer Service Technician, or Support Specialist may indicate suitability for some of the activities in this role. Completed technical education required.
