Support for internal events and development programs We are looking for a **Human Resources Assistant** specializing in **Culture and Engagement**, responsible for supporting initiatives aimed at strengthening organizational culture, internal communication, and positive employee experiences. The professional will directly support organizational climate actions, internal marketing, and employee engagement programs. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the implementation of organizational culture and engagement initiatives. * Support internal marketing campaigns and internal communication. * Assist in organizing internal events, training sessions, and institutional activities. * Support organizational climate initiatives and employee development programs. * Produce and organize content for internal communication and engagement activities. * Support monitoring and tracking of HR metrics related to culture and climate. * Assist in onboarding new employees. * Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Interest in or experience with Organizational Culture, Internal Marketing, or Internal Communication. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organized, creative, and proactive. * Ability to work effectively with people and support engagement initiatives. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Preferred Qualifications (non-eliminatory):** * Experience in corporate events or internal communication. * Familiarity with task management tools or HR platforms. * Experience with organizational climate programs or internal surveys.
