Operational professional responsible for patient care, appointment and examination scheduling, lead management, and health insurance form completion, with autonomy and proactivity.

**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break
**Level:** Operational
**Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Your Responsibilities**
* Receive patients in person, by phone, email, and WhatsApp.
* Register and update patient data in the Amigo system.
* Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments and examinations.
* Manage leads and contacts within the system.
* Complete health insurance forms and, when necessary, contact health insurers to request authorizations for examinations and procedures.
* Monitor patient entry and exit from consultation rooms, supporting medical and technical teams.
* Organize and maintain up-to-date reception agendas, documents, and information.

**Requirements:** **Essential Requirements**
* Completed high school education.
* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
**Technical Competencies**
* Prior mandatory experience in reception roles at clinics, medical offices, or hospitals.
* Experience completing health insurance forms
* Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite)
* Clinical management systems — specifically Amigo (scheduling)
