Job Summary: Generalist Human Resources professional to work in recruitment and selection, endomarketing, training & development, and advisory support to leadership. Key Highlights: 1. Development and execution of endomarketing initiatives **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Generalist Human Resources practice; * Conducting recruitment and selection processes, with emphasis on active hunting; * Screening candidates on platforms such as LinkedIn and ATS; * Conducting interviews and aligning candidate profiles with managers; * Development and execution of endomarketing initiatives; * Identifying training and development needs; * Supporting the structuring of HR processes, policies, and practices; * Providing consultative support to leadership and interfacing with various departments. **Requirements:** * Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in generalist HR; * Experience in recruitment and selection (active hunting); * Knowledge of endomarketing and training & development; * Familiarity with recruitment platforms; * Strong communication skills, organization, and autonomy; * Analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in structuring HR processes; * Experience in fast-growing companies; * Mindset focused on continuous improvement and strategic contribution; * Experience providing consultative support to leadership. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Fuel allowance, Pharmacy allowance, Meal voucher, Transportation voucher
