To join our team, the following are essential: * Reside in Brasília; * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Technology, or related fields; * Knowledge of fixed and mobile telephony is required; * Knowledge of consultative sales to the Government, including familiarity with public procurement processes, is required; * Knowledge of IoT and M2M technologies, and their products and services, is required; * Familiarity with technologies involving IoT platforms (RFID, RTLS, M2M, Big Data, sensors, cameras, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence); * Training in consultative sales of integrated solutions involving hardware, software, and services; Preferred qualifications: * Fluent English for conversation; * Knowledge of AI-related technologies; * Familiarity with project management tools, Scrum, Agile, PMO, and others; * Knowledge of mobile data solutions and services on private 5G networks. What awaits you daily: * Manage the customer portfolio in the priority IoT segment, building strong strategic relationships with customers and ensuring cross-functional integration to enable development of new business opportunities; * Identify opportunities and requirements for IoT solutions; * Support the sales team in addressing customer demands; * Manage the sales pipeline per customer; * Ensure achievement of company-expected results with necessary profitability and commercial ethics; * Collaborate with technical and product managers to customize and adapt IoT solutions, ensuring they meet customer needs and sector regulations; * Work with BeON to identify innovative solutions that elevate our offerings to customers to the next level; * Collaborate with pre-sales in qualifying and preparing optimal technical and commercial proposals for IoT solutions; * Analyze competition and market trends to identify new opportunities and align the value proposition. 2511200202481846349
