Support for the evolution and standardization of BIM processes We are seeking a **BIM Coordinator** to perform technical coordination of multidisciplinary projects, ensuring compatibility among architecture, structural, and MEP disciplines, with emphasis on BIM process standardization and improvement of project quality. The position plays a strategic role in cross-disciplinary integration, schedule control, and advancement of the company’s BIM methodology, ensuring greater efficiency in project execution. **Key Responsibilities:** * Hire, coordinate, and monitor designers from complementary disciplines. * Monitor the development of architectural, structural, and MEP projects. * Ensure technical alignment among all involved disciplines. * Perform multidisciplinary project coordination. * Identify technical interferences among projects and propose solutions. * Ensure compliance with company technical standards and guidelines. * Control delivery deadlines and monitor project development schedules. * Ensure adherence to technical schedule milestones and phases. * Serve as the focal point between designers, engineering, and other internal departments. * Interface with public agencies when required. * Monitor environmental licensing processes related to projects. * Support the company’s BIM process evolution. * Contribute to the standardization of BIM templates, workflows, and best practices. * Support continuous improvement initiatives for design and coordination processes. **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. * Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary projects. * Experience in project coordination. * Experience in environmental licensing. * Proficiency in BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks or similar). * Knowledge of AutoCAD. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Strong technical drawing interpretation skills. * Ability to manage multiple disciplines simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in real estate development or construction companies. * Experience in projects under the “Minha Casa Minha Vida” program. * Experience in BIM process standardization. * Experience managing a high volume of concurrent projects. * Knowledge of technical approval workflows.
