Operational professional responsible for managing employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and documentation, ensuring legal compliance and HR support.

**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break
**Level:** Operational
**Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code
Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring compliance with labor legislation.
* Manage and process payroll, including overtime, vacation, and termination calculations.
* Administer employee benefits such as transportation allowance, meal vouchers, and medical assistance.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee time records.
* Address and clarify employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
* Prepare managerial reports on personnel movement and departmental performance indicators.
* Participate in recruitment and selection processes, supporting resume screening and interviews.
* Conduct training and guidance sessions on internal policies and labor legislation.
* Assist in implementing improvements to HR department processes.
* Maintain organized and legally compliant employee documentation.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
* Knowledge of labor and social security legislation.
* Experience in HR department routines, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and benefits administration.
* Proficiency in HR management tools and payroll systems.
* Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in large-scale companies or the industrial sector
* Experience in benefits management and quality-of-life programs.
* **Prior experience in establishing and implementing CIPA (Internal Accident Prevention Committee).**
