Job Summary: A professional responsible for the installation, maintenance, and project development of telecommunications networks, providing technical support and supervising teams. Supervision and training of teams, with a focus on professional development **Responsibilities**: \- Install telecommunications network systems, ensuring infrastructure and power supply suitability, mounting system components, establishing equipment interconnection via interfaces and cabling, and activating the system. \- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on telecommunications network equipment, executing test routines, identifying and correcting faults, reprogramming and configuring system software, and repairing equipment. \- Develop technical projects and documentation, gathering data and conducting assessments to define technical drawings, platforms, equipment, materials, labor, and costs according to the network’s projected capacity. \- Provide technical assistance, advising clients and mediating their relationship with the company. \- Supervise and train work teams, evaluating performance and proposing professional development and updating programs. **Requirements:** \- Technical qualification in Telecommunications, Computer Networks, Electronics, or related fields; \- Relevant work experience; \- Knowledge of technical standards; \- Prior experience in technical support, preventive and corrective maintenance; \- Strong technical diagnostic and problem-solving skills; \- Availability to start immediately; \- Ability to work effectively in teams and maintain good interpersonal relationships. * Work Location: Brasília \- DF * Benefits: VT (commuter allowance) according to location, and VA/VR (meal allowance).
