**Job Description:** * Develop and implement digital and traditional marketing strategies. * Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities. * Manage paid media campaigns, including Google Ads and social media. * Produce and optimize content for different platforms, such as blogs, social media, and email marketing. * Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and marketing actions. * Collaborate with sales and product teams to align strategies and goals. * Participate in the creation of promotional and communication materials. * Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and collect feedback to improve strategies. * Stay updated on marketing trends and new tools. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields. * Knowledge of data analysis tools and marketing metrics. * Experience in social media management and content creation. * Skills in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. * Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills. * Proficiency in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus. * Knowledge of SEO and SEM. * Intermediate English proficiency is a plus.
