The **Process and Quality Management Department** is responsible for ensuring continuous process improvement, automation, and dissemination of the institution’s systemic vision. It performs cross\-functional process management and plays a fundamental role in enhancing and improving strategic, operational, and business demands. It also handles process automation and robotic process automation (RPA), standardization of guidelines, and quality monitoring. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop process automations in C\# using the BPMS (Business Process Management System) – Wings4Business platform; * Integrate Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, APIs, and BPMS with RPA solutions; * Support integration of RPA with other process automation solutions; * Collaborate with development teams and other departments to implement new process automation solutions; * Understand functional and non\-functional requirements and develop prototypes; * Create user interface layouts using standard HTML/CSS practices; * Create and maintain technical documentation for automated processes; * Monitor automation performance to ensure efficiency and propose continuous improvements; * Perform data migration between legacy systems and new platforms, ensuring data integrity and security; * Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand their needs and propose customized solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background** * Bachelor’s degree completed in exact sciences, computer science, computer engineering, administration, economics, systems analysis, engineering, or related fields. **Professional Experience** * Process automation using RPA, BPMS, and low\-code tools; * Backend development using JavaScript and C\# for scripts and integrations; * Specification of automation requirements in low\-code BPMS tools; * Implementation and consumption of REST APIs and Web Services; * Database modeling and administration; * Data and ETL process analysis. **Specific Knowledge** * Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Kaizen) and traditional methodologies (PMBOK); * Power BI dashboard development. **[Desirable] Education, Knowledge, and/or Experience** * Proficiency in PowerApps and Power Automate development; * Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Jira, Trello, Miro; * Knowledge of facilitation techniques (Design Thinking, Lean Inception, Design Sprint, among others). **Additional Information** **Employment Details:** * Indefinite\-term employment contract \- CLT. * On\-site work at CNI’s office in Brasília/DF. * Working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 40 hours per week, with a flexible hour bank. **Our Main Benefits:** * Childcare allowance * Allowance for children with disabilities * Health insurance plan (nationwide coverage) * Private pension plan * Dental insurance plan * Life insurance * Meal/voucher allowance * Transportation voucher The **Industry System** is the force that creates and recreates Brazil’s future.
