Job Summary: Professional responsible for developing and implementing customer relationship strategies, managing portfolios, providing financial advisory services, and monitoring commercial targets. Responsibility for financial advisory services and portfolio expansion. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Develop and implement customer relationship strategies for individual (PF), corporate (PJ), and digital customers. * Manage a portfolio of cooperative members, prospecting new customers and expanding business opportunities. * Provide financial advisory services, guiding customers and offering solutions across products and services. * Monitor commercial targets and key performance indicators to ensure profitability, customer retention, and portfolio growth. * Support business and sales teams by serving as a technical reference and strengthening results. * Lead negotiations, loan renegotiations, and credit recovery efforts to minimize delinquency. * Ensure operational compliance with internal policies, regulations, and applicable legislation. * Promote digitalization of customer relationships through the cooperative’s channels and applications. * Participate in developing commercial strategies and campaigns for sustainable growth. **Requirements:** * Mandatory certification: CPA 20 and/or C\-Pro R. * Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Availability to work in Taguatinga.
