Organization, initiative, and the ability to address demands efficiently are key attributes for this role. **Position Objective** Support the company’s technology partnership and procurement processes, including acquisition of equipment, software, licenses, and IT services. The professional will be responsible for managing quotations, analyzing proposals, establishing partnerships, negotiating with suppliers, and tracking purchase orders and contracts—ensuring organization, agility, and alignment with technical and finance team requirements. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct quotations for equipment, software, licenses, and technology services * Analyze commercial proposals and compare costs, delivery timelines, and terms * Manage contact and negotiation with domestic and international suppliers * Issue and track purchase orders through final delivery * Manage contracts and monitor renewal deadlines * Support IT asset inventory and stock control * Assist the technical team in organizing procurement requests **Requirements:** Experience in procurement Experience in supplier negotiation and commercial proposal analysis Advanced or fluent English for communication with international suppliers Strong communication and negotiation skills Organized, analytical profile with strong problem-solving ability **Experience in technology-related procurement (hardware, software, peripherals, licenses, and services) is considered a plus.** **Benefits:** Medical insurance, Dental insurance, Life insurance, Meal allowance, Food voucher, Transportation allowance
