**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 08:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT We are seeking a Head with strong expertise in data architecture, who will be responsible for structuring, organizing, and evolving the data ecosystem, ensuring reliability, scalability, and support for business areas. This person will play a\-key role in building: * Fleet intelligence * Driver scoring * Billing automation * Financial and operational metrics * Foundation for multi\-city expansion * More than coding, the challenge is to think about architecture, governance, and long\-term vision. Key Responsibilities * Design and evolve data architecture (operational, financial, and analytical) * Organize and integrate data sources from various systems (ERP, CRM, billing, fleet, inspection, etc.) * Structure data warehouse / data lake and data pipelines * Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance * Build technical foundation for BI, dashboards, and strategic analytics * Support development of internal models, such as driver scoring and predictive metrics * Lead technical decisions and engineering best practices * Act as a bridge between technology, operations, and leadership * Support hiring and mentoring of data developers and analysts **Requirements:** Solid experience as a Data Engineer or Data Architect Strong knowledge of: * Data modeling (relational and analytical) * Advanced SQL * System and API integration * Building data pipelines * Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) * Hands\-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Metabase, Tableau, or similar) * Knowledge of version control (Git) and software development best practices * Vision for scalable architecture **Benefits:** Day Off, Virtual Health Platform, Telemedicine, Virtual Therapy, TotalPass, Meal Voucher, Transportation Voucher
