**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

The **Systemic Coordination** area is responsible for assisting in the development of rehabilitation plans for struggling singular cooperatives and their respective central cooperatives; monitoring plan implementation; developing and tracking systemic monitoring indicators with central cooperatives; designing solutions and preventive rules against irregularities in the acquisition and sale of Non-Financial Assets Held for Sale; facilitating financial assistance requests to FGCoop; managing and administering the Sicoob Protection Fund (FPS); monitoring and guiding inter-credit relationships by establishing coexistence rules and transactional conditions; and coordinating cooperative movement processes—including withdrawal, elimination, entry, incorporation, migration, and transfers of singular cooperatives between central cooperatives.
**Responsibilities:**
* Draft and maintain updated regulatory documents and develop monitoring tools for predictive and continuous evaluation of cooperatives;
* Develop and implement solutions for the recovery of struggling cooperatives and for strengthening the Sicoob system;
* Develop and enhance processes and projects related to BNDU;
* Monitor significant events occurring at central and singular cooperatives and verify the operation of monitoring systems according to institutional policy;
* Ensure timely fulfillment of information requests from cooperatives submitted to FGCoop, and process financial assistance requests to FGCoop forwarded by central cooperatives;
* Perform administrative tasks related to the Sicoob Protection Fund (FPS);
* Establish operational and systemic processes and workflows to comply with the Institutional Policy on Financial Transactions – Intercredis.
**Requirements:** **Mandatory Requirements:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences;
* Postgraduate degree or MBA (in progress or completed) in Finance, Auditing, Internal Controls, Risk Management, or related fields;
* Experience in Credit Cooperatives, including involvement in accounting routines and knowledge of sector-specific norms and regulations;
* Experience in developing, reviewing, and standardizing policies, norms, and procedures;
* Consistent experience in risk management (identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring);
* Experience in internal controls, with emphasis on compliance, governance, and best practices;
* Experience with internal and external audits, including interaction with auditors and follow-up on action plans;
* Advanced Excel skills for analysis, controls, and managerial reporting.
