Join us in living the new! **ATTENTION: AXIA Energia does not charge fees for tests, exams, or participation in the selection process.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Manage the SAP FM and CO modules. * Guide business areas on cost allocation. * Provide financial information through reports and *dashboards*, supporting business areas in the decision-making process. * Use data analytics tools to enable preparation and integration of governed data. * Develop reports and dashboards to provide information for decision-making. * Execute monthly cost calculation routines. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related fields. * **Technical Competencies** **Cost Analysis:** Experience in analyzing direct and indirect costs, identifying efficiency areas and opportunities for expense reduction. **ERP Systems:** Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP, for collecting and analyzing financial data, ensuring accuracy and integrity of information. **Cost Accounting:** Knowledge of cost accounting to ensure appropriate cost allocation. **Data Manipulation and Analysis:** Proficiency in tools such as *PowerQuery* or programming languages like Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis. **Data Visualization Tools:** Familiarity with tools such as Power BI or Tableau to create clear and informative visualizations. * **Analytical Competencies** **Logical Reasoning:** Ability to perform critical analysis and logical thinking to interpret complex financial data. **Problem Solving:** Proactive identification of problems and implementation of effective solutions to improve operational efficiency. **Data Interpretation:** Ability to translate raw data into actionable insights and communicate conclusions effectively. **Strategic Vision:** Understanding of financial implications in corporate strategic decisions, contributing to achievement of organizational objectives. * **Interpersonal Competencies** **Effective Communication:** Clear and effective communication, including the ability to deliver clear and persuasive presentations. **Collaboration:** Effective teamwork, collaborating with various departments to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data. **Time Management:** Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. **Results Orientation:** Focus on achieving specific objectives, prioritizing tasks according to established goals. * Availability for occasional travel. * Preferred: SAP Academy certification. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** At AXIA Energia, our people’s well\-being and quality of life fuel the energy that drives us.
