We are also among the top 100 bakeries in Brazil, according to the specialized magazine BakeTop. **Function Mission:** Ensure cleaning and maintenance of production and dispatch areas, contributing to the hygiene, safety, and operational organization of the bakery. **Requirements:** **Main Activities:** Prepare cleaning products as instructed (including dilutions) Sweep, wash, and dry internal production area floors Wash dishes and utensils used in production/baking Clean windows, mirrors, restrooms, surfaces, and sanitary facilities Restock hygiene consumables (toilet paper, towels, soap) Properly separate and dispose of waste (organic, recyclable, glass) Request cleaning supplies when necessary and ensure proper use of equipment Report damages or repair needs to leadership Temporarily isolate areas for deep cleaning, as needed Perform other related tasks as directed by leadership **Mandatory Requirements:** Completed high school education Good personal appearance and hygiene Physical capability to perform tasks standing up, handling cleaning products, and working under heat, humidity, or operational movement Commitment to schedule, assigned tasks, and autonomy to identify needs without constant supervision Attention to detail, organization, and responsibility **Differentiators (Desirable):** Experience in cleaning food-related or industrial environments Proactivity in identifying workplace improvements **Compensation and Benefits:** Base salary: R$ 1\.563,54 Hazard pay allowance applied according to activity nature Transportation Voucher (VT) Meal Voucher (R$ 25.00 per workday) Health Insurance (after 90 days) Dental Insurance (after 90 days) Group Life Insurance Corporate food basket of 36 kg (according to internal rules) **Benefits:** Food basket, Meal Voucher, Transportation Voucher
