Duties include proactive research to create new projects, as well as preparing and presenting new ideas to improve existing business-impacting processes. Information collection is also part of the role, requiring analysis of statistical data, market trends, and relevant legislation for projects. Management reporting. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Administration, or currently enrolled from the 4th year onward. * Computer literacy – Advanced Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint. **Desirable Requirements:** * Postgraduate degree in project management * Integrated management system (Protheus or others) * SolidWorks and other project management tools such as Trello, Jira, Agile, and FMEA.
