Job Summary: A graphic/digital designer to develop assets aligned with the brand's visual identity, interpret briefs, and collaborate with marketing teams. Key Highlights: 1. Creation of graphic and digital assets for various platforms 2. Participation in the development and maintenance of branding 3. Collaboration with marketing, communications, and social media teams **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Full-time – CLT Main Responsibilities * Develop graphic and digital assets aligned with the brand's visual identity * Create layouts for institutional materials, campaigns, social media, presentations, and internal materials * Ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints * Participate in the development and maintenance of branding and the brand book * Interpret briefs and transform them into strategic visual solutions * Collaborate with marketing, social media, communications, and other departments * Adapt assets for different formats and channels (online/offline) * Organize and maintain files, templates, and visual libraries * Monitor design trends, typography, color, and visual behavior * Ensure aesthetic quality, readability, and usability of deliverables **Requirements:** Education and Experience * Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Advertising, or related fields * Technical or supplementary courses in graphic design and creative tools * Updated portfolio (mandatory) * Prior experience creating graphic and digital assets Hard Skills (Technical Competencies) * Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar) * Understanding of visual identity, typography, color, and composition * Knowledge of digital design and social media formats * Basic knowledge of UX/UI (a plus) * Basic knowledge of motion design or video editing (a plus) * Ability to adapt layouts for multiple formats * File organization Soft Skills (Behavioral Competencies) * Creativity focused on problem-solving * Attention to detail * Strong communication and briefing interpretation skills * Organization and deadline management * Ability to receive and apply feedback * Teamwork * Proactivity and refined aesthetic sense **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Childcare allowance, Internal benefits, Meal voucher, Transportation voucher
