Opportunities for professional growth and national recognition **DESIGNER / ART DIRECTOR — CNEC** The National Campaign of Community Schools (CNEC) is one of Brazil’s largest educational networks, present in hundreds of cities and offering education from early childhood through higher education. In its new phase of brand strengthening and nationwide standardization, CNEC is modernizing its entire visual communication and seeks a creative, committed, and strategically minded Designer / Art Director to join its national headquarters team in Brasília. "A living school with history." **Responsibilities and Duties** The professional will be responsible for creating, laying out, and developing graphic and digital materials that represent CNEC’s visual identity, ensuring aesthetic and institutional consistency across all communication channels. **Key Activities Include:** * Designing advertising materials and institutional print graphics (banners, newsletters, posters, magazines, brochures, billboards, and signage); * Producing visual content for social media, websites, and digital campaigns; * Developing pedagogical support and promotional materials; * Layout design for magazines, catalogs, and institutional reports; * Creating presentation layouts and corporate event materials; * Supporting the audiovisual and marketing teams in standardizing national visual communication; * Participating in brainstorming sessions and conceptualizing creative campaigns; * Collaborating on the evolution of the CNEC brand’s visual identity. **Desired Profile** We seek a professional with creative vision, technical proficiency, and aesthetic sensitivity—capable of transforming ideas into impactful visual communications while remaining aligned with CNEC’s educational mission. **Essential Requirements:** * Degree in Graphic Design, Advertising and Public Relations, Visual Communication, or related fields; * Proficiency in graphic design software: * Adobe Illustrator * Adobe Photoshop * CorelDRAW * Proven experience in advertising creation and institutional design; * Ability to adapt layouts for various formats (print, digital, and social media); * Knowledge of print file preparation and oversight of graphic production; * Strong writing skills, refined aesthetic sense, and attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in educational institutions, advertising agencies, or public sector organizations; * Knowledge of motion design, light animation, or Canva Pro; * Familiarity with UX/UI and digital platform design; * Ability to develop visual identities for campaigns and events; * Organizational skills and commitment to deadlines and creative processes. **Behavioral Profile** * Creativity and curiosity about emerging design trends; * Collaborative spirit and strong interpersonal communication; * Agility and autonomy in executing tasks; * Aesthetic rigor and visual responsibility; * Ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality. **Work Location** Brasília (DF) — CNEC National Headquarters With potential participation in regional initiatives and campaigns. **What We Offer** * Opportunity to work for one of the largest education networks in the country; * A creative, innovative, and collaborative environment; * Freedom to propose new ideas and concepts; * Opportunities for professional growth and national recognition; * Involvement in projects that value education, art, and visual communication.
