Our professionals are involved throughout the entire process, from solution conception to implementation. **Education** * Bachelor's degree in any Information Technology field. **Mandatory Requirements** * Solid experience in BI technology. * SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence 4\.3: Report Design I certification issued by the product manufacturer. * SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence 4\.3: Report Design II certification issued by the product manufacturer. **Desirable Qualifications** Experience with governmental planning instruments: * Multi-Year Plan (PPA) * Budget Guidelines Law (LDO) * Annual Budget Law (LOA) Knowledge of: * Budgetary control and evaluation mechanisms * Budgetary principles * Public budget formulation and execution * Sources of public revenue and expenditure * Applicable budgetary legislation Experience with: * SAP Business Objects (Web Intelligence, IDT/UDT, etc.) * Development of budgetary result reports * Customizations via BO SDK * BI environments oriented toward public sector management **Responsibilities** * Gathering and analyzing business requirements with requesting departments. * Functional and technical specification of BI projects. * Development of managerial and analytical reports. * Conducting tests (unit, integration, and user validation). * Supporting report acceptance testing and post-validation adjustments. * Developing customizations using the SAP Business Objects SDK. * Corrective maintenance (bug fixes) and evolutionary maintenance (enhancements and new features). * Documenting all project phases (requirements gathering, specification, development, testing, and acceptance) in the organization's designated tools.
