Job Summary: Responsible for formatting and laying out exams and educational materials in Word, ensuring clarity, standardization, and alignment with institutional guidelines. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for formatting exams and educational materials in Word, ensuring clarity, standardization, and alignment with pedagogical guidelines and the institution’s visual identity. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Layout exams and other educational materials in Word based on predefined templates. * Ensure exam clarity and readability by applying best practices for formatting in the Microsoft Office Suite. * Collaborate with subject teachers and coordinators to make necessary content adjustments. * Ensure printing of materials requested by network units, using tools such as Excel and/or Google Sheets as needed. * Complete internal tracking systems within established deadlines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school and/or currently enrolled in undergraduate studies. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Word and the Microsoft Office Suite. * Prior experience in laying out exams or academic materials in Word is considered a plus. * Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and teamwork capacity. * **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the education sector. * Proficiency with review tools (Office Suite) and content quality control. **Additional Information** * 44-hour workweek * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Health and dental insurance (100% employee-funded) * Tuition assistance for dependents.
