Job Summary:
Nursing Technician focused on humanized and safe care, providing nursing care, patient monitoring, and performing various procedures in the Inpatient Unit.

**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Technical Nursing Course;
* Active registration with Coren;
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Admit patients to the unit in a **humanized and safe** manner;
* Provide nursing care to inpatients in the Inpatient Unit (IU) with quality and safety, aiming for care free of risks and harm;
* Measure vital signs and calculate the **Clinical Deterioration Score**, identifying clinical changes early and activating the **Rapid Response Team (RRT)** when necessary;
* Record vital signs and eliminations in the internal system, supporting clinical decision-making;
* Verify, organize, and maintain sector materials and equipment using checklists and reporting irregularities to the responsible nurse;
* Correctly identify multi-dose vials and medications, with standard labels containing name, opening date, and expiration date, per SCIH guidelines;
* Perform venous puncture changes and identification, dressings, infusion sets, and respiratory materials, per institutional protocols;
* Request materials and medications from the pharmacy according to prescriptions and the patient’s clinical evolution;
* Return unused materials and medications with justification, avoiding financial losses;
* Collect laboratory tests within established deadlines;
* Accurately complete internal transfer documents for exams, ensuring patient transport safety;
* Respond to emergencies such as cardiopulmonary arrest alongside the multidisciplinary team;
* Perform nursing procedures including:
* Oxygen therapy
* Medication administration
* Electrocardiogram
* Bed bath, shower, or chair bath
* Capillary blood glucose testing
* Airway suctioning
* Simple dressings
* Handling of invasive devices
* Conduct appropriate verification of medical and nursing prescriptions, ensuring full execution;
* Record information in the medical record clearly, objectively, chronologically, and without erasures, per professional ethics code;
* Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), per **NR\-32**, ensuring personal and team safety.
**INSTITUTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Perform tasks focusing on continuous improvement of institutional processes and patient safety;
* Use resources (equipment, materials, and facilities) responsibly and safeguard institutional assets, immediately reporting any issues or changes to the supervisor;
* Fully comply with the Ethics Code/Manual and Employee Handbook;
* Perform other related or inherent duties as described in the respective Occupational Profile for Social Security Purposes and/or as requested by the immediate supervisor;
* Follow Customer Service Excellence Guidelines.

Compensation: R$1\.600,00 \- R$2\.000,00 per month
