**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
**Level:** Operational
**Employment Type:** Full-time – CLT* Inventory Management: Plan and execute physical inventories of furniture, machinery, and equipment across all locations (company-owned and franchise);
* Coding and Tagging: Define identification standards and ensure 100% of assets are properly labeled (QR Code/Barcode);
* ERP Data Entry: Register and update master data in the management system, ensuring inter-departmental or inter-location item transfers are fully documented;
* Financial Control: Calculate monthly depreciation of assets according to accounting standards and estimated useful life;
* Fixed Asset Audit: Organize and lead audit schedules to identify discrepancies, idle items, or disposal needs (scrapping/sale);
* Management Reporting: Prepare KPIs on losses, damages, and investments in assets to support decision-making by the Finance Directorate.
**Requirements:** **Mandatory Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
**Technical Competencies**
* Advanced proficiency in fixed asset management systems such as **SAP**, **Totvs**, or similar.
* Solid knowledge of **accounting standards** related to fixed assets (CPC, IFRS).
* Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** tools, especially advanced **Excel** for analysis and control.
* Ability to perform fixed asset reconciliations and physical inventories.

* Organizational skills and proactivity in managing processes and deadlines.
* Strong communication skills for interfacing with Accounting, Finance, and Operations departments.
