Job Summary: The Classroom Assistant supports the teacher in conducting daily activities, assists students, collaborates in preparing materials, and ensures students' well-being and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Support students with school assignments and ensure a positive environment. 2. Collaborate in preparing teaching materials and pedagogical activities. 3. Ensure students' well-being and safety. The Classroom Assistant will be responsible for: * Assisting the teacher in organizing and conducting daily activities. * Supporting students with school assignments, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment. * Collaborating in preparing teaching materials and pedagogical activities. * Accompanying and supporting the implementation of school projects and events. * Ensuring students' well\-being and safety during school hours. * Communicating\-effectively with the teaching staff and parents, when necessary. Prerequisites * Currently enrolled in Pedagogy or related fields. * Prior experience in school environments is a plus. * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team. * Resilience, creativity, and empathy are essential qualities. * Availability to work full-time. Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.518,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
