Job Summary: The Classroom Assistant supports the teacher in conducting daily activities, assists students, prepares teaching materials, and ensures students' well-being and safety, communicating with staff and parents. Responsibilities of the Classroom Assistant: * Assist the teacher in organizing and conducting daily activities. * Support students with academic tasks, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment. * Collaborate in preparing teaching materials and pedagogical activities. * Monitor and support the implementation of school projects and events. * Ensure students' well-being and safety during school hours. * Communicate effectively with the pedagogical team and parents, when necessary. Prerequisites * Currently pursuing a degree in Pedagogy or related fields. * Prior experience in school environments is a plus. * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. * Resilience, creativity, and empathy are essential qualities. * Availability for full-time work. Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1.518,00 - R$3.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
