




**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent — CLT labor code Supervise and control the company’s movable and immovable asset inventory; Conduct periodic inspections of assets to ensure their integrity and proper functioning; Monitor the acquisition, movement, and disposal of assets, maintaining up-to-date records; Manage the storage and distribution of materials and equipment, ensuring their appropriate use; Implement inventory control and organization procedures to prevent losses or misplacements; Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for assets—including real estate and equipment—to ensure all remain operational; Plan the acquisition of new assets, considering company needs and associated costs; Prepare periodic reports on the status of assets, including maintenance requirements, investments, and disposals; Ensure all asset-related documents (invoices, contracts, receipts) are properly organized and filed; Supervise and guide the team responsible for asset management, promoting ongoing training and development; Monitor team performance, ensuring adherence to deadlines and service quality; Ensure all asset-related processes comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements; Implement and monitor security procedures to protect assets against theft, damage, and other risks; Develop and manage the budget allocated to the asset management area, prioritizing urgent needs and ensuring efficient use of available resources; Negotiate with suppliers and service providers to ensure maintenance is performed according to established standards and timelines. **Requirements:** Completed undergraduate degree 6 months of experience in leadership roles and asset management.
