Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Coordinator to lead the structuring and evolution of the Quality Management System, ensuring regulatory compliance and a quality-driven culture. Train teams on best practices and internal procedures We are looking for a **Quality Coordinator** to lead the structuring, implementation, and evolution of our Quality Management System, ensuring regulatory compliance, process standardization, and technical support to operations. This role will play a central part in consolidating the unit’s quality culture, working closely and integrally with operational areas. **Responsibilities and Duties** Lead the implementation and maintenance of the unit’s Quality Management System Develop, review, and ensure adherence to operational procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and document controls Ensure compliance with applicable sanitary and regulatory standards, acting as the liaison with agencies such as Health Surveillance and the Regional Pharmacy Council Plan, conduct, and follow up on internal and external audits Manage deviations, non-conformities, complaints, and corrective action plans, ensuring root cause analysis and effective resolution Define, monitor, and analyze quality indicators, proposing continuous improvement actions Identify and manage operational and regulatory risks Train and qualify operational teams on best practices and internal procedures Act as a bridge between quality, operations, and leadership, ensuring alignment and data-driven decision-making **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** Completed undergraduate degree (Pharmacy, Engineering, or related fields); Prior experience with Quality Management Systems; Experience in regulated environments (pharmaceutical, hospital, logistics, or industrial); Experience with audits, non-conformance management, and quality indicators; Practical knowledge of root cause analysis and continuous improvement tools.
