End-to-end purchase flow monitoring and optimization **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code Conduct procurement with foreign suppliers, including requisitions, negotiations, purchase order confirmations, documentation, and logistics tracking. Execute procurement with domestic suppliers, ensuring delivery timelines, quality, and cost-effectiveness. **Negotiation and Relationship Management** Request quotations for various materials, including production inputs, administrative supplies, and technical items. Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, commercial terms, and contracts with domestic and international suppliers. Develop and maintain active relationships with both new and existing suppliers. **Tracking and Control** Monitor the full procurement cycle: purchase order → payment → production → shipment → receipt. Track delivery status to ensure predictability for internal departments. Monitor DIFAL (Differential ICMS Rate) for interstate purchases where applicable. Record pending payments in spreadsheets or internal systems. **Documentation and Processes** Prepare purchase orders, contracts, requisitions, and other required documents. Maintain control and records of goods receipt to ensure traceability. Assist in warehouse organization and control of material inflows and outflows. Support analysis of purchase-related invoices to ensure compliance. **Additional Responsibilities** Research new suppliers, technologies, and inputs to improve production processes. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and procurement optimization. Ensure adherence to internal procurement policies, contributing to continuous process improvement. **Requirements:** Mandatory Experience as a Procurement Analyst or Buyer (minimum recommended: 1–2 years). Experience with international procurement (importation, negotiation, documentation, proposal analysis). Knowledge of domestic procurement routines. Strong negotiation skills. Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets proficiency. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks. Preferred Qualifications English and/or Spanish for communication with international suppliers. Experience purchasing technical or industrial inputs.
