We are looking for an experienced **Salesperson / Optical Consultant**, passionate about sales, customer service, and delivering results.
We seek a professional capable of creating an excellent shopping experience, identifying customer needs, and delivering consultative service focused on closing sales and customer retention.
Responsibilities
* Provide consultative and personalized customer service;
* Present frames, lenses, and accessories according to the customer's profile and needs;
* Interpret optical prescriptions and assist customers in making the best choice;
* Conduct sales with a focus on targets and results;
* Organize store displays, product presentations, and the overall store environment;
* Track orders and manage after-sales;
* Contribute to customer retention and delight.
Requirements
* **Prior experience in optical retail**;
* Experience in sales and public-facing customer service;
* Strong communication skills, friendliness, and professional demeanor;
* Comfort working with performance targets;
* Knowledge of optical products, lenses, and frames;
* Desired: experience reading prescriptions and providing consultative sales.
