Together, let’s build the greatest healthcare community the world has ever seen! **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Inventory Recording:** Record incoming and outgoing items, determine minimum and maximum stock levels, and monitor high- and low-turnover products. * **Receiving and Storage:** Receive, inspect, and code medications and supplies, ensuring proper storage according to technical specifications. * **Temperature Control:** Record warehouse temperature in compliance with ANVISA regulations. * **Expiration and Disposal:** Monitor item expiration dates, notify staff about products with less than 60 days remaining, and dispose of expired products per applicable regulations. * **Replenishment and Kit Assembly:** Prepare and label dialysis room kits and dispense materials as needed. * **Cleaning and Organization:** Maintain a clean and organized workplace, ensuring equipment preservation. * **Ordering and Planning:** Place purchase orders and plan collaboratively with the operations manager. * **Traceability and Collection:** Control material traceability, collect medications, and deliver to ICU. * **Documentation:** Print patient labels, update inventory in the system, and record PPE/PCE issuance. * **Collaboration:** Work jointly with nursing staff on dispensing schedules. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education.
