




Job Summary: The professional will be fully responsible for payroll management, benefits administration, and labor processes, ensuring compliance and supporting employees. Key Highlights: 1. Acting as the focal point for HR and labor-related inquiries **Understand Your Mission:** * Manages / verifies payroll processing, ensuring timely payments and auditing all social charges such as FGTS, INSS, and Income Tax (IR), as well as fiscal reports; administers union contributions and welfare fees; analyzes inconsistencies and discrepancies related to working hours, vacations, leaves of absence, salary calculations, deductions, and benefits, guaranteeing strict adherence to labor and fiscal obligations; * Handles new employee onboarding processes, including document collection, review, and archiving; drafting employment contracts in compliance with internal policies and applicable laws; and conducting onboarding activities to ensure employees’ legal registration; * Enrolls employees in benefits and submits information to providers. Purchases and distributes benefits, executes cost allocations for submission to the administrative and fiscal departments, and schedules payments; * Manages employee termination procedures, including accurate calculation of severance payments, delivery of documents such as TRCT and FGTS/Unemployment Insurance forms, notification of relevant authorities, termination of benefits, and retrieval of company property—ensuring a fair and legally compliant transition for both the company and the employee; * Administers company-provided employee benefits, handling issuance, tracking, payment, cost allocation, and, when necessary, removal of benefits—including health and dental insurance, meal vouchers, life insurance, among others—ensuring grants align with current HR policy and costs remain controlled; * Serves as the primary contact for employees regarding payroll, payslips, benefits, and company HR policies, resolving potential questions and ensuring employee understanding; * Acts as the company’s legal representative (preposto) in legal and administrative matters involving labor issues, including hearings, conciliations, and inspections related to personnel matters; * Collaborates with leadership to organize employee-focused events—such as birthday celebrations and special festive dates (e.g., Mother’s Day)—planning and preparing these activities to foster a positive work environment at Obramax. **To Join Our Team, You Must Have:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Knowledge of labor and social security legislation and calculations; * Proficiency in Excel and payroll software; * Understanding and application of labor laws and regulations; * Familiarity with accessory obligations: SEFIP, RAIS, CAGED, DIRF, Homologanet, Homologations, and SPED Folha. **Benefits Package:** * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Life insurance; * Wellhub; * On-site meals; * Basic food basket; * Christmas basket; * Progress Bonus; * Extended maternity and paternity leave; * Transportation allowance or parking; * All Adeo – annual free shares linked to overall company performance.
