Senior KPI Analyst Position Description We are seeking a Senior KPI Analyst to join our BI team. The professional will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data, and developing reports and dashboards to monitor company performance. Responsibilities * Analyze performance indicators and identify improvement opportunities * Develop reports and dashboards to track results * Support the definition of the company’s strategic goals and objectives * Conduct ad hoc analyses to support decision-making * Participate in meetings with internal departments to present results and insights obtained Requirements * Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related fields * Prior experience in BI and KPI analysis * Advanced proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik * Strong analytical ability and logical reasoning * Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
