If you enjoy learning, connecting with people, and wish to grow within a solid and recognized network, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate and supervise teams of teachers and teaching assistants; * Lead periodic meetings for team alignment and development; * Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback to improve teaching practices; * Support and promote the professional development of the team through training and continuous support; * Manage recruitment and termination processes for teachers and teaching assistants; * Conduct weekly meetings with the pedagogical team and individual meetings with teachers; * Manage onboarding and initial training of new staff. * Plan and coordinate pedagogical events * Coordinate communication of pedagogical matters with students, parents, and guardians * Coordinate classroom orientation and decoration of pedagogical environments * Produce progress reports on outcomes * Plan and monitor customer experience * Conduct group and individual meetings with students, parents, and guardians * Administer level assessment tests * Provide educational guidance * Collaborate with the sales department to integrate pedagogical expertise into sales promotion **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in pedagogical coordination or leadership roles is preferred; * Classroom teaching experience in English and familiarity with teaching methodologies; * Knowledge of technology-based teaching techniques and modern pedagogical practices; * Ability to use educational management tools and systems for grade entry, attendance tracking, and class management; * Experience in recruiting and selecting teachers and teaching assistants; * Ability to plan and organize pedagogical activity calendars and extracurricular events; * Skill in handling inquiries and providing support to students, parents, and guardians; * Experience conducting classroom observations and delivering constructive feedback; * Availability to attend meetings, events, and activities during peak-demand hours when required, including weekends. * Completed undergraduate degree in Pedagogy or related fields * Advanced English (C1 certification) **Additional Information** **Transportation Allowance (VT)** according to unit policy. **Meal Allowance or Food Allowance (VR/VA)**. **Health Benefits** (telemedicine, psychotherapy, nutrition counseling, dental plan, and TotalPass). **Partial or full tuition assistance** for CNA language courses. **Opportunity for professional growth.** **Birthday day off.** **About CNA Languages** CNA Languages is an English and Spanish language teaching network with over 50 years of market presence and part of the CNA+ educational group, serving approximately 400,000 students annually across more than 730 units nationwide.
